Create material functions for Niagara Systems to use.

Create materials for Niagara System. Then create material instances out of the master materials so I can adjust them easily.

Create meshes in Maya and Houdini so I can use mesh render in the Niagara system for specific shapes.

Create all emitters and put them in the Niagara System the adjust the time, shape, and curve in the system. (Stage 1)

Then put all of them together and test how it looks in the engine then fine-tune them until I like it.
